    Telegram Desktop 的“未加群不可发言”实现仅为用 JOIN GROUP 按钮作为 banner 挡住输入框，实际上可以直接打字回车发送（利用 emoji 调出 sticker、调用 inline bot 以及 at 群组内用户等皆不受影响）

    Telegram Desktop 的“未加群不可发言”实现仅为用 JOIN GROUP 按钮作为 banner 挡住输入框，实际上可以直接打字回车发送（利用 emoji 调出 sticker、调用 inline bot 以及 at 群组内用户等皆不受影响）。可简要概括为“只要拥有读权限的群组皆可不加群直接发送消息”，包括 channel 的附属群及所有公开群。其中私有频道的附属群也会受到影响。预计损害包括但不限于 bot 实现的加群验证失效（因为不必加群），需要显式 ban 掉发言用户才可阻止 spam。若用户被显式 ban 掉的情况下尝试上述操作则 Telegram Desktop 会直接状态机跑飞进入未知的不稳定状态, 表现为消息实时更新受到影响.

    回复与编辑也不受影响 其中编辑还可以弹出编辑框 被回复人会收到来自 Replies 的提醒

    事情的起因是这样的，有一天我在 Telegram 里面看到了一条消息：
    由于之前有过被大量 Dependabot 骚扰的经历，加上有 GitHub Code Search 的 Preview 权限，于是便想到：为什么我不能做一个类似 dependabot 的东西来批量帮别人来改 NPM Mirror 地址呢？

    有些人喜欢和审核斗智斗勇，我审核过画面正常但背景音是违规的音频，也审核过几个小时的正常视频，其中穿插了几分钟的违规内容，还有的用正常视频做剪辑，但是连起来看就是违规内容。
